GROUP WALKS
Group walking is our most popular option.
It means your dog will be walked with others, usually for an hour. Your dog will be able to socialise with other friendly dogs. They will be able to play, have great interaction, and get the maximum exercise. Once in a safe location, those dogs who have their owner's permission are let off the lead to enable unrestricted fun and exercise. £10 per hour. Second and third dogs £8 per hour. Free initial Meet and Greet |
SOLO WALKS
Solo walks are best for those dogs who do not socialise well with other dogs.
Although more expensive, we make sure your dog still has a great time with plenty of exercise and interaction with Stuart. As your dog will be kept away from other dogs, it will normally be kept on the lead for the entire walk. Two or even three dogs from the same household can be walked together at the rates shown below £15 per half hour. £25 per hour. Free introductory Meet and Greet |
OLDER DOGS
Not all dogs are young and wanting to run off their boundless energy.
Our older friends also need walking too and still enjoy a bit of fun, but perhaps at a gentler pace with more peace and quiet. Again both group and solo walks are available at the prices given in those sections. Group walks will be with dogs of a similar temperament and at a slower pace than with younger dogs. Same pricing as group and solo walks. £££ Same as Group and Solo Walks Free initial Meet and Greet |
PUPPY VISITS
Vists to your puppy (or puppies) whilst you are out.
Two visits a day are suggested (in the morning and afternoon). I will clean up any mess and check their water. I will spend time with them and, of course, play with your puppy. Once they are inocculated they can be taken for short walks. Socialisation with people and animals is important to a puppy's development. so this interaction will be helpful. Meeting other dogs when ready and safe is essential - my spaniel Max is always willing to assist! £15 per half hour. £25 per hour. Free initial Meet and Greet |
PET VISITS
Let your cat continue its routine when you are away.
Includes feeding, water changing, cleaning of litter trays, etc. Not just cats - fish, rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils, mice, budgerigar - in fact any animal that needs to be cared for. Can also include other small tasks, such as watering house plants or taking in the post or newspapers. Even turnng lights on and off to deter intruders whilst you are away. You choose the number of visits per day to suit your pet and budget. £15 per visit (half hour). £25 per hour also available. Free initial Meet and Greet |
DOG BOARDING
Unhappy with kennels?
Dogs are often happier staying in a cozy home, even if it is not your own. So when you go away, leave your dog with me. Your dog will stay with with me and my own dogs (Max and Buster) and perhaps also others, so it is essential to have a Meet & Greet session beforehand to check compatibility. Includes at least two walks a day. This can be just for a day visit (up to 12 hours) or continuous 24-hour boarding (where you supply their food and bed, and perhaps a special toy). Geographical limits do not apply as I am not travelling daily to your home. Normally you will deliver and pick up your dog(s) from me in Llanfair (near Harlech). So if you live anywhere in Gwynedd, or even beyond, that's fine. Or even if you are on holiday in North Wales. See the About page for where we are located and directions. DAY BOARDING £20 per day (up to 12 hours): FULL 24-HOUR BOARDING A sliding scale makes longer stays affordable (per 24 hours): Days 1 and 2: £24 Days 3 to 8: £22 Day 9 onwards: £20 £4 discount for second dogs |
MEET AND GREET
Meet and Greet is not a separate service, but a free introductory visit.
With no obligation, I will visit you at your home at a convenient time or you will visit me (for dog boarding). We can meet each other and discuss you needs. Just as important, I can meet your dog or other pet. If you are requiring 24-hour boarding, a Meet & Greet session is essential to check compatibility in my home and with my own dogs. If you are happy to go ahead, we can complete the paper work (with details such as your vet). On the next (paid) visit I will then know something about you and your pet. And, more importantly, your dog or cat will have at least a little familiarity with me as we begin our relationship. No fee |
